Game Night - Cavalier Attitude

Not much time today for insightful remiscenses about the Cavaliers. And, being that the game has already started, I won't be a lame-ass and predict how the Sonics will do. Of course, if they fail to score 70 points again, you may tune in Thursday to see that supersonicsoul.com has changed its name to pleasecomebacknate.com.

  1. Looks as though the Johan Petro Show is on hiatus. The Potato started at center tonight, with Radman the first guy off the bench in place of Rashard.

  2. Radman is now 6 for 21 on the year, or 29%. Hell, that's bad even for 3-point shooting, let alone for everything.

Earth to Vladi - if you ain't hittin', you're gonna be sittin'.

  3. Crapola, Rashard's hurt. Anyone who's watching/listening to the game can you let us know how bad his shoulder is?

  4. our defense is awful...this is unbearable. i'd rather watch a gary payton-baker led sonics team than this garbage. this is embarrassing.

  5. The Sonics have now been outscored 159-112 over the past 6 quarters. I guess Weiss forgot to mention that his high-motion offense was going to be applied to the other team's offense, not ours.

  6. Any chance someone who's been paying closer attention than I has some info on Rashard? Because as if things weren't sucking enough...

  7. 55% shooting for the Cavs so far? Disgusting.

  8. sick sick sick is all I can say. I am really fearing the rest of this season. it seems we are cursed.

  9. The team isn't cursed . . . unless you consider being plagued with suckitude a curse.

  10. Well, if Rashard Lewis is seriously injured, then Vladimir Radmanovic is likely to get a chance as the starting small forward.

I guess that some prayers, in the case of Radmanovic here, actually do come true.

  11. Sonics got out rebounded 21-59. That's horrible, especially considering that Cleveland had 9 more turnovers. Oh, and Seattle Luke had almost the same stat line as Clevland Luke.

  12. It doesn't sound like Rashard is out for long, not a big deal.

All I want for Christmas is a 15 & 8 man in the post, is that really too much to ask?

It's pretty much just the Ray Allen show, everything else looks like shite.

  13. *sigh* we gotta improve. this is getting embarassing. sure, it's still the start of the season, but sometimes how you start tells you how you're gonna end. :(

weiss should stick to the lineups that work and not mess around with it so much. i know it's his first time, but please. :(

    go sonics go! *prays*

  14. We all need to take a deep breath. Shard will get back to at least 18 and 6, Ray is Ray. Luke is struggling. Nick hasn't burst out of the gate. But we were all saying that these guys might take "that" step. Well, it's only 2 weeks in. They have a lot of time to take that step and make us good.

Let's just wait a little bit before we string up Weiss.

  15. The trouble is, B-Con, is that Weiss wants to show that he's different than Nate. I think it's a defect in our humanity that says that when replacing someone, you have to do something different, or else you can't justify your hiring. It goes with the NFL, Fortune 500 CEOs, advertising agencies - someone new comes in and all of a sudden we have to change the way we do our jobs - even if the way they were done before was perfectly fine.
