* Played more games than Detlef Schrempf
* More points scored than Nate McMillan, Derrick McKey, or Dennis Johnson
* One of only 11 Sonics to have played 3,000 minutes in one season
Who am I?

Geez, that's digging in the vault, huh? I'll throw Pete Cross out there, but I really have no idea.
ReplyDeleteChambers?
ReplyDelete0 for 2, folks. But wasn't it nice of me to make it a whitey, just to make the selection pool a bit shallower?
ReplyDeleteBased on the uni, I made my guess. I clicked on the pic to see if I could get a larger image and the link revealed my guess was correct (not to be a spoil sport).
ReplyDeleteYep, I'm that much of a technological dunce. I had no idea the filename would show up on the web address. Anyhow, it's fixed now, and much thanks for not spoiling it for everyone else.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing Dick Snyder? Can't think of any other white guys from that era who would have played that many seasons and logged 3,000 mniutes.
ReplyDeleteCorrect! You're right, there aren't many white fellas from the time who put up those kinds of numbers, at least for the Sonics. I was surprised to see that Snyder left Seattle for about five years before making an appearance on the championship team in 1978-79. Wonder if that's the longest interrupted Sonic career ever.
ReplyDeleteI guess Brickowski could be another candidate, but I can't think of another one.
