I suppose my real guess is Bruce Seals. However, I kind of thought that it looked a little bit like Elgin Baylor, which isn't likely since he, you know, didn't play for the Sonics. (Some day there will be a player or two from after I was born...then I might have a chance without browsing old books or google images)
