PS: I can't believe Danny Fortson never had a nickname, other than the one we gave him.
PPS: I would personally prefer this sorted by player name.
I swear KC tried to call Askew THE MUMMY because of his "deceptive quickness". I have, of course, no proof of this, and was smoking a lot of pot at the time.

Calabro would refer to Ruben Patterson as "The Sky Pilot." I don't think it caught on elsewhere, but then again, the only person who called Rube the "Kobe Stopper" was himself.

Have added nicknames for Mason, Patterson, and Scheffler, as well as a few others. For some reason a bunch didn't come through the first time I uploaded it(e.g., Patterson).
Unsure if The Blade is acceptable for Rashard Lewis. I seem to recall it but I can't reference to it anywhere. If no one else is aware of it, I'll remove it.
Added Dick "Duck" Snyder to list. Beginning to think the back of old basketball cards may be the best source of info on this subject.
