EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.(AP) Luke Ridnour scored a career-high 32 points and Seattle opened a 28-point, first-half lead and then held off a late New Jersey Nets rally in posting a 119-113 victory on Monday night, giving the road-weary SuperSonics their third straight win.
Rashard Lewis added 27 points, Ray Allen and Chris Wilcox had 22 apiece for the SuperSonics who saw the Nets get within five points in the final 1:39 before Ridnour sealed the game with four free throws.

Ridnour for 32!??! No comments? That's insane. I've been nodding my head alont to Alexie's comments about Luke after reading his piece and then Lukey comes along with 32. 32!?! Wow, if he continues to bring it like this, he may move up from 78th best player in the NBA and grab a spot with Team America in '08. We can dream right?

Absolutely fan-freakin'-tastic. I'm getting a vibe similar to when the Sonics went East and did great a couple of years ago, prior to making the playoffs and all that. Is it possible we're seeing a re-do.
Just think: That damn Turkoglu and Collison's failed blockout is keeping us from being 6-2 right now.
I guess Luke must have seen the Stranger article!
